CIL update
Min. 4094 – Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) Funding.
It was noted that the cost of the bus shelter, defibrillator and Phase 2 of the footpath would be met from CIL reserves. It was noted that there is also a bench in the park to consider as spend from CIL reserves.
- The report below, includes a virement of £10000 to cover phase 2 and the payment of £2650 due for the bus shelter.
- The defibrillator is expected to cost £2144 +VAT, a bench may cost up to £1000,
- This would leave a potential EMR CIL shortfall of £1014 after purchasing the defibrillator
- This would leave a potential EMR CIL shortfall of £2014 for both the defibrillator and a bench
