Re: Planning Application – 24/00406/FUL – Consultation Request
Please note that the Parish Council requested and extension to respond to this consultation request on 6th Feb. I have copied the email below for reference. Please may I ask why a decision has been issued without first giving the Parish Council a response to the request for an extension. The website states that the target decision for this application was 29th March and so it was expected that our request to respond by 15th March would have been reasonable and that having notified you by email that you would have let us know if there was any reason not to grant an extension.
I have also tried calling the phone number on the consultation letter to follow up, but I am unable to get an answer on this number.

My apologies that the request for an extension was not picked up.
I don’t know whether this helps, but the works proposed, although submitted as a planning application, amounted to permitted development, so there would have been no grounds for a different decision.
