  • Date of Acquisition: Built in 1925.                 
  • Description: A natural stone 2-storey building with a slate and tile roof.  The floor plan measures approx.144 sq metres.           
  • Total plot size including car parking space is approx. 0.065 acre.
  • Present use: Village Hall used for social functions and meetings.
  • Owner: West Harptree Parish Council.         

Recreation Ground

  • Location: Ridge Crescent, West Harptree, Bristol. BS40 6EG
  • Date of Acquisition: Abstract of Title dated 1921.
  • Registered with the Land Registry 2009, Title No. ST276640
  • O/S Map Ref ST5656NW.
  • Description: Amenity field with children’s play equipment,
  • size approx. 0.5 acre.
  • Present use: Sport and leisure.
  • Owner: West Harptree Parish Council.

Bus Shelter

  • Date of Acquisition: Built in 1953.
  • Description: A natural stone open fronted building, rendered inside. 
  • Floor plan measures approx. 6 sq metres.
  • Present use: To shelter when waiting for a bus.
  • Owner: West Harptree Parish Council.

Wooden Seat – Church Wall

  • Location: Church Wall, Bristol Road, West Harptree, Bristol. BS40 6HF
  • Date of Acquisition: Purchased in 2016.
  • Description: A traditional solid hardwood seat, measuring 1.85 metres x 0.5 metres.
  • Present use: Resting/sitting.
  • Owner: West Harptree Parish Council.

  • Date of Acquisition: Purchased in 1977.
  • Description: A traditional solid hardwood seat, measuring 1.85 metres x 0.5 metres.
  • Present use: Resting/sitting.
  • Owner: West Harptree Parish Council.

Flower Bed

  • Location: Junction A368/Bristol Road, West Harptree, Bristol. BS40 6HF
  • Date of Acquisition: Built in 1977.
  • Description: A natural stone triangular shaped raised bed, measuring approx. 21 sq metres.
  • Present use: Village amenity.
  • Owner: West Harptree Parish Council.

  • Date of Acquisition: Purchased in 2011.
  • Description: A solar powered flashing sign.
  • Present use: To help slow motor vehicles down.
  • Owner: West Harptree Parish Council.

  • Location: Village Boundary
  • Date of Acquisition: Purchased in 2000.
  • Description: Marker stone.
  • Present use: Boundary marker.

  • Date of Acquisition: pre 1981 – 2005. Wet pour safety surfacing under all equipment, purchased when equipment was installed.
  • Present use: Children’s outdoor play.
  • Owner: West Harptree Parish Council.
