  7. TO RESOLVE: The council accounts are prepared on a receipts and payments basis. There are no litigation, liabilities or commitments, events or transactions, occurring either during or after the year-end that have a financial impact on this authority. The contract assigned for £16,090.17 +VAT in 24/25 to upgrade the playground has funds set aside in the ear marked reserves to meet this financial obligation.
  8. To note: All expenditure and income continues to be transacted under the General Power of Competence unless otherwise stated on the financial reports.
