Members of the public and press may attend the meeting unless the Parish Council enters a confidential session. Members of the public may make representations, ask questions and give evidence on any matter of concern, for not more than three minutes, by addressing the Chairman.

  • Members of the community are encouraged to stand for election in May – recruitment media has been updated and promoted as requested in the previous parish council meeting.
  • To note details in appendix regarding election posted on the website.
  • To note the notice regarding cancellation of bus routes and request for members of the community to support anyone without internet access with the new DRT bus scheme
  • To note correspondence shared with council members (see appendix)
  • Avon and Somerset Police neighbourhood team have been invited to attend future meetings. The clerk has subscribed to the neighbourhood watch alerts for the area.
  • ALCA are currently offering e-learning online training, including introduction to local councils course free to members of the council.
